Here is a new build 3 bedroom luxury apartment. That was taken from the initial planning and feasibility stage right through to completion. This project comprised a reinforced concrete and blockwork construction with the apartment constructed above a purpose built car park with all the associated ventilation ect that was required as a result. The client was extremely happy with the result.
